The whole town, including the historic courthouse plaza, will be decorated for Halloween. Shopkeepers and servers will be turned into ghosts, goblins and ghouls every Friday at 3 p.m and won’t be restored to their mortal forms until 3 on Sunday. Activities every weekend.
