RATES AND SPECIALS
• Seawright House Suite: $169-$225/night plus tax. Sparkling water and chocolates upon arrival. Cleaning Fee $115. There is a two day minimum stay required. Rates may vary depending upon season or holiday.
• Weekly/Monthly Rates: $749-$995/week, $2325-$2995/mth (reservation requires a $250 refundable deposit and payment in full 10 days prior to stay.) Peak Season May 1st-October 31st, Off Season November 1st-April 30th
• Services: Daily, weekly cleaning service available by request. Breakfast service available by request.
• In-Suite Services Available: European Facial, Massage, Body Treatments and Pedicure available with advance notice.
• Romantic Retreat Package Upgrade: $25 Fresh Flowers, Champagne Toast and Chocolates upon arrival.
• 2 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodates 4 guests (Sleeps up to 5 guests)

Additional information about rental rates
• Daily Cleaning $20/day, Mid week cleaning $50. Weekly cleaning $65. (available by request).
• To hold a reservation a $250 refundable security deposit is required The security deposit is returned after check-out. Seawright House requires payment in full 10 days prior to arrival. (Weekly and Monthly Guests require 1/2 payment 60 days prior to arrival, payment in full 10 days prior to arrival).
• Ask about In-Suite spa services (massage, pedicure and facials), romantic retreat upgrades, cleaning services and breakfast service.
• Breakfast service is available on request. $10/day per guest. It is served every morning at your pre-requested time. We cook it for you in the in-suite kitchen and leave you to enjoy it on your own time with privacy. We are happy to accommodate your dietary needs and will do everything we can to help you have a memorable stay here with us. Please let us know your dietary preferences so we can accommodate your tastes and/or special needs. Full breakfast features egg dish, fresh croissants/pastry/bread, Oregon preserves, fresh fruit, hash browns, choice of meat and chilled orange juice, coffee and tea. (Mimosa available by request)
